POSITION THE BASES.
Equally measure from
the cab to the base of
the towers to position
your front rack. Then
equally measure from
the front towers to
position the rear towers.
NOTE: Minimum crossbar
spread is 36" (91.4 cm) to
make use of the full load
capacity. A 32" (81.3 cm)
crossbar spread may be
used at a 300 lb on road
load capacity.

TIGHTEN THE NUTS.
Using the 13 mm wrench, tighten
the acorn nuts to 10 Nm.

LOCK YOUR SYSTEM.

To lock your system, first use the T-15
wrench to remove the screw from
each lock housing that came with
your OutPost HD™ or OverHaul HD™.
Then place the lock housing over the
locking post and use a key to lock it.

TIGHTEN THE LOCK POSTS.
Using the 4 mm hex wrench included
with your OutPost HD™ or OverHaul
HD™, tighten the lock posts to 10 Nm.
