Procedure
Check whether the high-pressure
handgun closes without any
leakage. Test catch for securing
handgun against inadvertent
operation. Replace defective
handguns.
Inspect hoses for damage. Replace
defective hoses immediately.
Risk of accident!
If the oil is milky, it must be
replaced.
Check pump oil level. If required,
top up with oil (part no. 6.288-016).
See Section D.3 "Cleaning
The Strainer".
Unscrew the fuel line, remove the
electrode holder and clean the
electrodes. Check the electrode
setting according to the diagram
overleaf and, if required, adjust.
Check the pump for leaks. If there
are more than 3 drops per minute,
call customer service.
Switch on the unit with spray lance
without the HP nozzle. If the
operating pressure on the unit
pressure gauge exceeds 30 bar,
the unit must be descaled.
The same applies if an operating
pressure of more than 7–10 bars
is established during operation
without an HP line (water flows
freely out of the high-pressure
outlet).
See Section D.3 "Cleaning
The Strainer".
