  • Page 3 ECOWATER Nederlands S Y S T E M S 2. INLEIDING Deze handleiding is een algemene handleiding die geschreven werd voor zowel de klant, de installateur als voor onze techniekers. Onze toestellen worden in de mate van het mogelijke op maat van de klant gemaakt en kunnen dus enigszins afwijken van de toestellen beschreven in deze handleiding.

AANSLUITINGEN Alle aansluitingen op het toestel voor aanvoer van onbehandeld en afvoer van behandeld water zijn stan- daard PVC lijmaansluitingen.
  • Page 5 ECOWATER Nederlands S Y S T E M S Indien er een alarmmelding verschijnt op het scherm dient men eerst het probleem op te lossen, alvorens de omgekeerde osmose weer in dienst te stellen. Wanneer het probleem is opgelost, druk je op de ▲ toets op de elektronische controller om de omgekeerde osmose terug in werking te stellen.
  • Page 6 ECOWATER Nederlands S Y S T E M S 4.4.3 ANDERE FUNCTIES Alle andere functies van de elektronische controller werden bepaald door EcoWater. Deze kunnen en mogen niet gewijzigd worden om de goede werking van het toestel te allen tijde te waarborgen. Indien wordt vast- gesteld dat er geknoeid werd met de elektronische controller vervalt de garantie/ aansprakelijkheid van EcoWater.
  • Page 7 ECOWATER Nederlands S Y S T E M S IN WERKING STELLEN VOORBEREIDING Opgelet: Wanneer de toestellen geleverd worden, zitten de membranen al in de drukbuizen. 1. Plaats de voorfilterkaars, die met het toestel meegeleverd werd, in het filterhuis. 2. Zorg ervoor dat het toestel nog niet is aangesloten op het stopcontact. 3.

  • Page 9 ECOWATER Nederlands S Y S T E M S UITSCHAKELEN VAN HET SYSTEEM 4.11 UITSCHAKELEN 1. Draai de hoofdschakelaar uit. Indien er een vlotter of een drukschakelaar is geïnstalleerd op de omge- keerde osmose dan zal deze automatisch uitgeschakeld worden zodra het opslagvat gevuld is. 2.
  • Page 10 ECOWATER Nederlands S Y S T E M S ONDERHOUD Dit deel omvat dat deel van het onderhoud dat alleen door de gespecialiseerde techniekers van EcoWater mag uitgevoerd worden. Ondeskundig en/of onzorgvuldig uitvoeren van deze stappen kan leiden tot onher- stelbare schade aan de membranen.

  • Page 13 ECOWATER Nederlands S Y S T E M S 4.18 CHEMISCHE DOSERINGEN Doseerinstallaties voor het doseren van anti-scalent dienen regelmatig gecontroleerd te worden op hun goede werking. De doseerpomp kan lucht trekken of vervuild raken met bv. zanddeeltjes. Deze doseringen dienen eveneens om de membranen tegen vervuiling te beschermen en dienen daarom goed gecontroleerd te worden.

Si un tel message d’alarme apparaît, il faut d’abord résoudre le problème avant de remettre l’appareil en ser- vice.

  • Page 22 ECOWATER Français S Y S T E M S MISE EN SERVICE PREPARATION Attention: A la livraison des appareils, les membranes sont déjà dans les modules. 1. Placez la cartouche de pré filtration livrée avec l’appareil dans le bol du pré filtre. 2.
  • Page 23 ECOWATER Français S Y S T E M S est équipé d’un pressostat basse pression. Celui-ci arrêtera l’installation d’osmose inverse si la pression de l’eau à l’entrée est insuffisante. Ce pressostat est placé à la sortie de la vanne d’entrée et est réglé de telle sorte que l’appareil s’arrête si la pression descend sous 0,7 bar.
  • Page 24 ECOWATER Français S Y S T E M S ARRET DE L’INSTALLATION 4.11 ARRÊT 1. Mettez le commutateur principal en position “ARRET” (OFF). Si l’installation est pourvue d’un flotteur ou d’un pressostat, elle s’arrêtera automatiquement de fonctionner dès que le réservoir de stockage est rempli.

Une pompe doseuse peut en effet aspirer et injecter de l’air ou s’encrasser, par exemple par la présence de grains de sable.

Our devi- ces are custom made and may thus differ slightly from the devices described in this manual. However, this manual can help you understand the installation you purchased.
  • Page 34 ECOWATER English S Y S T E M S CONNECTIONS All connections on the unit for untreated and drainage of treated water are standard PVC adhesive connections. 1. Incoming water - Installing a ball valve and a pressure gauge on the incoming water before the electro- ventile at the entrance is recommended as a guide to the operation of the appliance.
  • Page 35 ECOWATER English S Y S T E M S There are five possible alarm messages : 1. ALARM INLET P TOO LOW: The inlet pressure is too low (less than 0.7 bar). Possible causes are a dirty pre-filter , a closed /defective inlet valve or low inlet water- pressure.

These may and may not be modified to ensure proper operation of the device at all times. If it is found that the electronic controller has been tampered with, EcoWater’s warranty / liability expires.

  • Page 38 ECOWATER English S Y S T E M S 4.10 CONDUCTIVITY METER (OPTIONAL) In order to have a permanent monitoring of the quality of the water produced, a conductivity meter can be placed in the electrical cabinet. The conductivity meter is provided with analogue output and will be displayed on the LCD display. The meter has a built-in temperature compensation.
