Power Reducer RC
Troubleshooting
1) During the Power Reducer pairing procedure, the App displays the message "No
device found"
Check that the GREEN Led is off. If not, proceed to RESET the device (see table 2)

Check that the antenna has been fitted; if not, install as indicated.

There is insufficient radio coverage: install a repeater.

2) The power diverted to the Power Reducer never appears on the main screen of the
"Elios4you" App.
Make certain the thermal overload relay has not been tripped at the water heater/
9
storage tank.
Check that the GREEN Led on the Power Reducer is permanently alight. If not,
9
repeat the pairing procedure (see Installation)
Check that only the phase conductor of the system passes through the Current
9
Transformer: if both phase and neutral pass through, an error will be induced.
Check that the CT has not been damaged internally during installation: the core
9
must not be cracked or have pieces missing.
Check that the resistive load has been connected correctly.
