Instructions for use and care
Dear Customer,
Thank you very much for your trust in an Actius by Or-
liman product. You have purchased a quality product.
Please read the instructions carefully before using
the product and use the product only as described
and for the intended purposes.
If you have any questions about the use, maintenan-
ce or safety of your product, contact the healthcare
establishment where you purchased the product or
our customer service department. Keep these ins-
tructions for future reference.
REGULATIONS
This product is compliant with the European Directive
on Medical Devices 93/42/EEC (Spanish Royal Decree
1591/2009). A Risk Analysis (EN ISO 14971) was done,
minimising all existing risks.
Strictly observe municipal ordinance when discarding
the packaging and product.
SUITABLE FOR
This type of medical product is recommended for
people with weakness in one or both lower limbs,
people with balance problems or those who are su-
ffering from a general decrease in strength yet have
enough in the upper limbs to manage it. Light and
manageable, they support the user as well as provide
stability and security during post-operative or disabi-
lity periods. The user must not weigh more than the
maximum weight indicated.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
1. Open and assemble the products as indicated by
the arrows.
(2) Open the seat, install the basket on the structure
and lower the seat.
3. Install the back pad as shown by the arrows. Make
sure the locks are correctly positioned.
4. Insert the grip into the structure. Adjust the height.
Secure the screws.
Careful:
5. For your safety, adjust the grip to the proper height.
6. To stop, push the grip downwards or sit on the seat.
PRECAUTIONS
The construction material is inflammable. Do not ex-
pose the products to situations that could set them
on fire. In the event of a fire, quickly let go of them
and use the proper resources to put it out. Do not
expose the product to direct heat sources such as sto-
ves, heaters, radiators, etc.
SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE
1. Check that all the screws are secure before using.
(2) Lubricate any parts that regularly move.
3. Keep in a dry and well-ventilated place.
Cleaning: Clean and dry periodically. Remove any
dirt with a damp cloth and neutral soap, as neces-
sary. Then dry. Do not use any aggressive or abrasive
chemical cleaners. They may damage the product
material.
If contaminated with infected material, use standard
disinfection resources.

WARRANTY
ORLIMAN, S.L.U. guarantees all its products as long
as the original configuration has not been manipu-
lated or altered. It does not guarantee any products
with altered characteristics due to improper use, de-
fects or breakage of any kind. The product is covered
by a two-year warranty for material or manufactu-
ring defects. Excluded from the warranty are imper-
fections caused by improper use, accidents or natural
wear of parts such as plastic components, footrests,
upholstery, brakes, tips, inner tubes and wheelchair
tyres and similar parts, depending on the type of me-
dical product acquired.
If you do not follow the instructions, warnings and
the notes in the user's manual, you or a third par-
ty may be physically injured or the product may be
damaged.
If you observe any defect, anomaly or failure, noti-
fy the dealer immediately so it may be replaced or
repaired.
