Inadequate range
Replacing the radio modul
If interference occurs in the frequency band being used, the receiver can be converted to
another frequency by replacing the radio module. The transmitter and the radio module
must have the same frequency and the same modulation procedure e.g. AM or FM.
Note the change on the type designation plate.
-Switch off the supply voltage!
-Disconnect the radio module carefully from the connection socket BL1 / Pos. 5.
-Connect a radio module with the required frequency.
-Switch on the supply voltage.
-Delete the radio (see Page 5).
-Teach-in new transmitters.

Fault-finding / Technical data
Possible cause
- No operating voltage
- Transmitter not taught-in
- Frequency from transmitter and
receiver not identical
- Transmitter switch not actuated
for long enough
- Transmitter defective
- Receiver defective
- Battery in manual transmitter
too weak
- Antenna not connected
or incorrectly laid
- Radio module with 27MHz, 40MH z , 433MHz or 868 MHz AM/FM
- 12-bit, 18-bit or Keeloq, self-learning, max. 60 codes
(transmitters switch) can be taught-in
- Depending on version: 230 V , ± 10 % 50 Hz or
12 V AC/DC or 24V AC/DC ± 10 % 50 Hz
- approx. 1.5 VA...3.8 VA (no outputs/all outputs switched on)
- 1- or 4-relay, 1 x UM, potential-free, 250 V AC, 30 V DC,
max. 4 A, 1000 VA, ohmic load per output.
- -20 °C...+50 °C at 30 %...80 % rel. air humidity
- 125 mm x 125 mm x 52 mm Housing plastic, IP54
- approx. 0.6 kg incl. packaging
Remedy
- Check connection
- Teach-in transmitter
- Use correct transmitter
- Actuate switch for at least
1 2 seconds
- Check transmitter
and replace if necessary
- Check receiver
and replace if necessary
- Check battery
and replace if necessary
- Maintain proper distance
from steel equipment
and electrical leads
