Right hand-side brackets
Fitting kit
- 4 fitting brackets
- 2 Ø6 plastic washers
- 6 Ø5 plastic washers
- 4 « silent block » and steel spacers
- 1 central part
- 1 H 8×10 screw
Assembly
- Place the fitting brackets as indicated on pictures (the tightening torque wrench of the engine casing's
screws is 0,8 Kg/m²)
- Assemble the 3 parts of the belly pan using the 4 BHc 5×15 screws, the 4 Ø5 plastic washers and the 4
M5 Nylock nuts (the central part is placed between the 2 others). Fit the silent block on the belly-pan.
- Place the belly-pan on the motorbike; fit it thanks to the 3 BHc 6×20, 1 BHc 5×15 screw, the 3 Ø6
plastic washers and 1 Ø5 plastic washer.

Move the gasoline
hold them in position next to the water hose with the plastic collar.
- Aluminium railings are one option. They take place at the air intakes with stick for windshield
(polyurethane stick).
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicules made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.

Insert the steel washers between the bracket and the
- 2 BHc 6×20 screws
- 6 BHc 5×15 screws
- 4 M5 Nylock nuts
- 1 Ø6 steel washer
- 1 plastic collar
- 2 aluminium nettings 15×8 cm
