Mounting

Dismount the cover from the WIC 01M.

Fasten the WIC 01M securely on the wall close to
the window using screws fitting the wall material
Wait until the beginning of step "C" before

applying mains supply to WIC 01M

Setup - WIR 100

Plug in the power plug of the WIC 01M
and switch power on if a switch is
present.

Complete the following steps
within 10 minutes!

Pull out the strip from the bottom of the
remote.

With a pointed object press the reset
button for one second.
Now the WIC 01M is registered and can be
controlled by the remote:
-
Arrow up
opens window.

Arrow down
-
Stop
stops the window.
Note: If the 10 minutes has been
exceeded the mains supply must be
disconnected. Then, start over from
point 1.

Connections

Connect the window actuator to terminal 6, 7 and
8 as shown above.

Connect possible io-homecontrol
screening(only a possibility if using the VELUX
KLR 100) and rain sensor as shown above.

Put the cover back on the WIC 01M.

Continue setup by going to:

C1 if you wish to use the WIR 100
-
C2 if you wish to use the KLR 100

Setup - KLR 100
As an alternative to the included remote a 2-
way remote, the KLR 100, can be used for
additional functionality.

Insert the 3 supplied batteries in the
remote.

Choose language on the remote.

Connect voltage to WIC 01M.

Complete the following steps
within 10 minutes.
Press "Ready"

WIC 01M is being registered in the remote.
After approximately one minute the display
will show a registered product, e.g. "No. 1 –
Window".
Now the WIC 01M is registered and can be
controlled by the remote:
-
Navigation up/down
product.

Control buttons
opening, closing and stopping the
window.
