• Use this product only for its intended use as described in these instructions.
• To avoid damage, DO NOT sanitize parts in the microwave after initial use.
• NEVER sanitize handle in the microwave.
• Use pump gently. Hard, rapid pumping can cause nipple irritation or injury.
• DO NOT heat breast milk in the microwave. Microwaving can destroy nutrients in
breast milk and can heat liquids unevenly resulting in burns or scalds. See page 9
for proper use of breast milk.
• DO NOT re-freeze breast milk. After feeding, any unused breast milk left in the
bottle can be refrigerated and used within 4 to 6 hours. See page 8 for proper
milk storage.
• DO NOT use this product if it is broken or any parts are missing.
• DO NOT use flange insert if your nipple is larger than the flange insert's
center opening. See page 6 for proper flange fit.
• If you are experiencing engorgement, prevent possible injury by discontinuing use
of this pump and consulting a medical provider.
• Pump contains small parts which could cause a child to choke. Keep pump parts
and accessories out of children's reach.
• Breast pumps are personal care items, for one user only.
• ALWAYS test temperature of liquid before feeding.
• If you are a mother who is infected with Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C or Human
Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), pumping breast milk will not reduce or remove
the risk of transmitting the virus to your baby through your breast milk.
