AIRPACK operating conditions
• The Robust AIRPACK blower must be fastened at the foot (5) with four M12 bolts. The blower can be installed
horizontally or vertically.
• Protect the blower from mechanical vibrations and shocks.
Important:
• The blower must not be operated with closed intake or exhaust ports. Throttling of the air volume in the blower
results in compression heating of the blower and air hose. Use only temperature-resistant hoses or metal hoses.
Attach the hoses to the MP6 connecting flanges (1 and 2) using spring U-clamps.
• The blower must be operated via a motor protection breaker. The nominal current must not be exceeded
(see type plate).
AIRPACK operation
• The permissible ambient and intake temperatures lie between –15 °C to + 40 °C.
Good room ventilation must be ensured.
• Fit a Leister stainless steel filter (order number 110.895) to the air inlet (2)
if the air is dusty.
• The blower must be connected by a technical specialist. Ensure that the
direction of rotation is correct!
• The correct wiring for the mains voltage used must be configured in the
terminal box (4). Connect a protective conductor to the earthing terminal,
measure the earth resistance.
