required for controller restart after TK detection. After accom-
plishing the last step, the controller enters STOPPED mode and
Al output is deactivated.
Other conditions
1. CC – room thermostat. At these terminals, external devices
can be connected which can stop and start the motor. Breaking
the control circuit stops the motor ("Standby CC" message is
displayed on the LCD) and the controller remains in standby.
When the control circuit is re-established, the controller returns
in its last state (AUTO, HAND SETTING, STOPPED, etc.).
2. OC – frost protection. At these terminals, external devices can
be connected which can stop and start the motor. The normal
working condition of the contact is when it is opened. Closing
the control circuit stops the motor ("Standby OC" message is
displayed on the LCD) and the controller stays in standby. When
the control circuit is opened again, the controller returns in its
last state (AUTO, HAND SETTING, STOPPED, etc.).
The TK alarm condition has priority over the other two CC/OC
conditions. The CC and OC are on the same priority level.
USB Mode
The USB interface gives the user the possibility to easily read,
change and write all device parameters from a PC. The user can
save all parameters into a file on disk and load them afterwards.
Just connect the USB cable to PC and USB on ST2R control board
and wait for the PC to recognize new hardware. Then run the
application (3SM.exe).

Formatting of time values may be "h", "hh", "hh:mm", "h:mm", "hh/
mm" or "h/mm". Start times must be before end times. When
a change is made in the start or end times it is automatically
transferred to the switching times field (for the corresponding
day of the week).
There are two main fields:
1. Main Settings
1.1. Language (English by default)
1.2. Time and date
1.3. User Code (disabled by default)
1.4. Installer Code (disabled by default)
2. Installation
2.1. Presets – Monday/Friday and Saturday/Sunday. When a
change is made in the start or end times, it is automatically
transferred to the Switching Times field (for the corresponding
day of the week).
2.2. Switching times – here can be set switching times for the
particular day of week.
2.3. Exceptions – there are 50 user programmable exceptions
which can set switching times different from the previously
mentioned. The date of the exception has to pass the current
date otherwise it is not allowed.
Standby intervals are all automatically calculated and are upda-
ted after each change.
In USB mode the ST2R controller is in STOPPED mode and the
functionality of the buttons and alarm conditions are disabled.
Transport and stock keeping
Avoid shocks. Stock In original packing. Avoid extreme condi-
tions.

Maintenance
In normal conditions the controllers are maintenance-free. If
soiled clean with dry or dampish cloth. In case of heavy pol-
lution clean with a non-aggressive product. In these circum-
stances the controller should be disconnected from the mains.
Pay attention that no fluids enter the controller. Only reconnect
the controller to the mains when it is completely dry.
Motor protection
It is recommended with motors to seperately install a thermal
protection.
All works may only be carried out by skilled
personnel following the local regulations and
AFTER the controller is completely separated
from the mains.

volledig autonoom werken. Bij inbedrijfsstelling kunnen twee
