9. Entretien et maintenance
appareils doivent être effectués uniquement par des
personnes autorisées et formées à cet effet.
Avant toute intervention, les appareils
doivent être mis hors tension.
La vérification des points suivants doit être effectuée au
moins une fois par an :

Les entrées de câble et les bouchons obturateurs
doivent être vissés
Vérifier le serrage des connections, recâbler si
nécessaire
Avant fermeture, vérifier la propreté du plan de joint
(absence de copeaux ou de limaille). Graisser le
plan de joint avec une graisse résistant à
ne contenant pas de solvant et ne
durcissant pas dans le temps (OPAL
Molykote P-1900FM pour les Inox par exemple).
Fermer le couvercle sur le boîtier à aide de vis
inox A4-70 minimum (voir tableau §6.5 couple de
serrage)
vis. Après serrage, passer une cale de 4/100 mm
sur le pourtour du plan de joint : sa non-pénétration
normes.
10. Conditions spéciales pour une utilisation sure
Lors de l'installation, il sera nécessaire de conserver un
minimum de 40 mm de distance entre le plan de joint du
coffret et tous les obstacles solides.
Dans le cas où le coffret est repeint, l'épaisseur de la
peinture doit être inférieure à 0,2 mm pour éviter tout
risque électrostatique.
Les dimensions des joints antidéflagrants sont
différentes de celles spécifiée dans les tableaux de la
norme IEC / EN 60079-1. Pour plus d'informations,

Évitez toute formation de couche de poussières > 5mm
et effectuez un nettoyage périodique avec un chiffon
humide

During the installation it will be neccessary to keep a
minimum of 40 mm distance between the flanged joint of
the enclosure and all solid obstacles.
In case the enclosure is re-painted, the thickness of paint
is to be less than 0,2 mm to avoid electrostatic risck.
The dimensions of the flameproof joints are superior to
the value specified in tables of the standard IEC/EN
60079-1. For more information, contact Ex-tech Solution.
Avoid dust deposit > 5mm and perform periodic cleaning
with a damp cloth.
Do not remove the control and signal units.

Maintenance
The maintenance and repairs works on devices must
be made only by authorized and trained persons for
that purpose.
Before any technical intervention the
devices must be switched off.
The following checks must be made at least once a
year:
The outdoor equipment and surfaces must not be
damaged
The cable entries and blanking plugs must be
threaded
Check tightness of the connections, rewiring if
necessary
Prior to closing, check the cleanliness of the flame
path (machined part of the cover in contact the
machined part of the box). The lubricant must not
harden over time, must not contain solvents that
evaporate and should not cause corrosion of the
joints (OPAL
Siberia or Molykote P-1900FM for
stainless steel series, for example).
Close the cover on the box using the stainless steel
bolts A4-70 minimum (see table §6.5 Tightening
torque). Ensure that all the bolts are screwed. After
tightening the bolts, check with a shim of 4/100 mm
all around the flam path that the shim cannot
penetrate the enclosure. Its non-penetration on full
perimeter is the insurance of the conformity of the
product with the standards
