OPERATION MANUAL AND INSTRUCTIONS
The wire rope must be cleaned of coarse dirt along its entire length (including the part inside the winch) at the end of the day's
use and lightly lubricated to prevent corrosion.
If the winch or its components are found to be inoperative, damaged or worn, they must be taken out of service
immediately and, if necessary, destroyed and scrapped.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURE IN CASE OF ACCIDENT
In case of accessory malfunction:
- Stop all activities immediately
- Set up a safety perimeter.
- Call in qualified personnel to remove the load.
MARKING
All information on the winch is contained on a nameplate attached to the winch (Fig. 11).
How to read the markings:
1) Manufacturer's logo (Robur)
2) CE mark
3) TUV-GS logo
4) Model number
5) Reference standard
6) Rope size
7) Wire rope grade
8) Serial number
9) Year of construction
10) Working limit load
11) Beta Utensili S.p.A.
12) Article name
The serial number (fig. 11) consists of two parts:
