Fitting kit
- 8 Ø6 wide rubber washers
- 1 L: 25 cm adhesive tape thickness
- 4 drilled cylinders L: 30mm
- 4 Ø6 chromed washers
- 2 BHc 5×15 screws
- 2 Ø10 chromed bars
- 2 M8 washers
- 2 M8 L: 15mm drilled screws
Assembly
- On the handlebar, put in place the clamp using the screws holes, the ring, the M8 washers and the M8 blind nuts.
Depending on the diameter of the handlebar, use BHc 5×10 or 5×15. If the clamp does not operate a clamping fit, use
adhesive tape thickness to adjust to the proper diameter.
- Insert the chromed bars in drilled screws (see photo). Position the drilled cylinders on chromed bars.
On the nose screen
- Insert the screw in the chrome washer, then the rubber washer, the windshield and the other rubber.
- Screw the windshield on the drilled cylinders and tightens the screws once the windshield fitted
The clips are provided for mounting « universal » positioning adjustments are necessary.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considerer as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjusting to fit.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* In order to increase longevity of your chromed fixings, it is advised to polish them off with an anticorrosion product as WD40 ® after each washing or exposition at humid atmosphere (rain ...).
