Macinazione normale (senza
applicare hamburgatrice)
Premendo il tasto (A dis. H) funziona la
marcia avanti. La marcia indietro funzio-
na solamente quando si preme il tasto (B
dis.H). Per arrestare il tritacarne premere
il tasto (C dis. H).
Controllare che il tasto a fungo rosso
(D dis. H) sia sbloccato ruotandolo in sen-
so orario.
Operativamente procedere come segue:
Accendere il motore della macchina pre-
mendo il tasto di marcia (A dis. H).
Iniziare la lavorazione inserendo i pezzi
di carne all'interno.
Con una mano si conducono verso il foro
di entrata e con l'altra, munita di
pressacarne, si comprimono verso il bas-
so (dis. G pag.33).
La carne macinata uscirà dalla bocca
anteriore cadendo nella vasca di raccol-
ta.
Usare unicamente i
pressacarni in dotazione.
A fine lavorazione premere il tasto C
"STOP" (dis. H).

hamburger attachment)
Press key (A drwg H) for forward running.
Reverse operation is activated only by
pressing key (B drwg H).
To stop the mincer press key (C drwg
H).
Release the red mushroom-head button
(D drwg H) by turning it anticlockwise.
To start working proceed as follows:
Start the machine motor by pressing the
connection button (A drwg H).
Start working by putting pieces of meat
inside.
With one hand guide them towards the
feeding chute and with the other press
them downwards using the meat pusher
(drwg G page 33).
Minced meat will come out of the front
head and fall on the receiving pan .
Only use the Meat Pusher
supplied with the machine.
At the end of work press button C "STOP"
(drwg H).

Hachage normal (sans le
reconstitueur)
Appuyer sur la touche (A des. H) pour le
fonctionnement en marche avant. La mar-
che arrière ne fonctionne que lorsque l'on
appuie sur la touche (B des.H). Pour arrêter
le hachoir, appuyer sur la touche (C des.
H).
Vérifier que le bouton rouge d'arrêt
d'urgence (D des. H) soit déverrouillé en le
tournant dans le sens des aguilles d'un
montre.
Procéder de la manière suivante :
Appuyer sur la touche de mise en service
(A des. H) pour allumer le moteur de
l'appareil.
Introduire les morceaux de viande à hacher.
D'une main les faire entrer dans la goulette
d'alimentation et de l'autre, munie de Pilon,
les comprimer vers le bas (des. G page
33).
La viande hachée sortira alors de la goulotte
de sortie pour tomber dans le bac de
récupération.
N'utiliser que le Pilon fourni avec
la machine
À la fin du travail, appuyer sur la touche C
STOP (des. H).
