Anweisung!
Beim Zusammenbau der
WT 2/F-Bausätze ist auf äußerste
Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit der
Abmaße zu achten!
Die Anweisungen und
Montagevorschriften müssen
eingehalten werden.
Bei Nichteinhaltung dieser
Vorschriften und bei fehlerhafter,
ungenauer Montage des Kunden
keine Haftung des Herstellers!

Je 2 Schrauben (Pos. 3) stirnseitig
in 4 Alu-Rahmenprofile auf
Abstandsmaß „X" eindrehen.
Bei Verwendung von I D 1 0/D bzw. I D 40-
M DT2K, I D 40-MDT8K Alu-
Rahmenprofile (Pos. 4a, bzw. 4b) mit
entsprechenden Bohrbildern verwenden!

Je 2 Alu-Rahmenprofile mit den
vormontierten Schrauben stirnseitig
in die T-Nuten zu einem „90° Winkel"
einschieben.

Rahmenverschließen.

Alle Schrauben leicht anlegen, Profile auf
einer ebenen Fläche festspannen und
gegen Verdrehen beim Anziehen sichern!

Die Schrauben mit einem
Innensechskantschlüssel SW 8
durch die Montagebohrungen
hindurch mit M
= 25 Nm

befestigen.

When putting together the WT 2/F
assembly kits extreme care should
be taken and attention paid to the
accuracy of the dimensions!
The instructions and assembly
regulations must be adhered to.
The manufacturer cannot accept
liability claims in the event of non-
adherence to these regulations or in
the event of incorrect or inaccurate
assembly by the customer.

Screw in 2 screws each (Pos. 3) on
the end faces of 4 aluminium profiles
at the "X" distance.
When using ID 10/D, ID 40-MDT2K and
ID 40-MDT8K respectively, use
aluminium frame profiles (Pos. 4a and 4b
respectively) with appropriate drilling
plans!

Insert 2 aluminium frame profiles
each with the pre-assembled
screws on the end face into the
T-grooves to form a "90° angle".

2a Push both „90° angles" together
and close into a frame.
Fig. 11:
Lightly apply all screws, clamp
profiles on an even surface and secure
against twisting when tightening.

Secure the screws with an SW 8
Allen key right through the assembly
bores with M
= 25 Nm.

Visser 2 vis (Pos. 3) sur la façade
des 4 profilés de cadre en aluminium
avec l'écartement « X ».
En cas d'utilisation d'I D 1 0/D ou d'I D
40-MDT2K , ID 40- MDT8K (Pos. 4a ou
4b), se servir des gabarits de perçage
appropriés.

Faire coulisser les profilés de cadre
en aluminium avec les vis en façade 2
par 2 dans les rainures en T avec un
angle de 90°.

2a Assembler les 2 angles à 90° et
fermer le cadre.
Fig. 11 :
Visser sans serrer toutes les vis,
disposer les profilés sur une surface
plane et serrer les vis en évitant les
gauchissements !

Serrer les vis avec une clé à six pans
SW8 à travers les alésages de
montage avec un couple
M
= 25 Nm.

Faire attention à l'équerrage, à
l'alignement et au parallélisme
