HOW TO OPERATE

1.
Fill a standard ice cube tray or the supplied Ice Mold with water and
place in freezer until frozen. Remove ice from tray(s). See HELPFUL
TIPS section for instructions on using the Ice Mold.
2.
Place the ELECTRIC SHAVED ICE & SNOW CONE MAKER on a stable,
waterproof surface near an electrical outlet before starting.
3.
Always make sure that the cord is away from a water source.
4.
With Shaver Bowl fitted on top of Shaved Ice Chamber Walls, place frozen ice cubes into the
Shaver Bowl. If using ice from Ice Molds, place with flat side down and notched side up.
USE CAUTION when placing ice cubes in Shaver Bowl. The blade in the Shaver Bowl is
very sharp.
5.
Place the Snow Cone Cup or a small bowl under the Shaver Bowl to catch shaved ice.
6.
Place the Motor on top of the Shaver Bowl and hold in place. When filled with
ice, the Motor will rest a few inches above the bottom of the Shaver Bowl.
7.
Plug in the unit. The ELECTRIC SHAVED ICE & SNOW CONE MAKER
operates at one speed. While holding the Shaver Bowl steady with one
hand, press the Power Button. It will start with a gentle press.
8.
Press continuously until majority of ice is shaved, or until the Motor sits flush to the
bottom of the Shaver Bowl. To stop shaving ice, release pressure on the Power Button.
9.
Some ice may remain in the Shaver Bowl. Discard this ice before adding more ice.
10. Repeat this process until you have the desired amount of shaved ice.
11. After each 1 minute of continuous use, wait 10 minutes
before using again to allow Motor to cool.
12. Unplug unit from outlet when finished.

HELPFUL TIPS

USING ICE MOLD
Common ice cubes may be used in the ELECTRIC SHAVED ICE &
SNOW CONE MAKER, but will produce slightly coarser textured ice.
For best results, we recommend using the included Ice Mold.
Fill the supplied Ice Mold with liquid to approximately
½ inch below the top, just below the Max fill line.
Place on a flat surface in the freezer until frozen (about 10 - 12 hours).
If unable to remove ice from Ice Mold, run under water until ice is loose.
Ice Mold makes approximately 2 cups of shaved ice.
Ice Mold can also be used as a serving bowl for shaved ice.
USING TRADITIONAL ICE CUBES
Evenly place 10 medium-sized ice cubes in the Shaver Bowl,
which will yield approximately 2 cups of shaved ice.
Do not overfill Shaver Bowl with ice.
