2 | before first use
Before you use the appliance for the first time, please do
as follows: unpack the appliance carefully and remove
all the packaging material. Keep the material (plastic
bags and cardboard) out of reach of children. check the
appliance after unpacking for any visible damage, which
could be caused by transportation. place the appliance on
a stable and heat resistant surface. Wipe the housing of
the appliance and the removable bowl only with a damp
cloth. dry the appliance and the bowl thoroughly.
3 | meLting chocoLate
position the chocolate melter on a dry, level, heat-
resistant surface. make sure the removable bowl is
in place. fill the bowl with the necessary amount of
chocolate and turn the switch to setting 1. the red
control light will be illuminated. Let the chocolate melt
and stir it, if needed, with the enclosed plastic spatula to
a smooth substance.

- chocolatbars in pieces
- chocolate callets
- candy melts
4 | tips & suggestions
use the melted chocolate to decorate cakepops,
cupcakes, donuts or make your own chocolats.
you can also use the chocolate melter as a chocolate
fondue or make your own hot chocolate drink.
chocolate fondue
Ingredients: 100 grams of dark chocolate, 100 grams of
milk chocolate, 50 ml thick cream, ½ teaspoon vanilla
and a pinch of cinnamon.
pick out your favorite fruits: bananas, pineapples, pears,
oranges, etc... Wash and peel all fruits. cut them into
slices or little chunks. take little chunks of the two
varietes of chocolates and place them into the bowl. melt
them by setting the chocolate melter to setting 1. add
the cream, the vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon, then stir
until the mixture becomes thick and creamy. Once this is
done, the fruits are ready to be dipped into the chocolate
fondue.
hot chocolate
Ingredients: 90 grams of dark chocolate, 250 ml milk, 75
ml liquid whipped cream and 25 grams of powdered sugar.
put the chocolate into the bowl. Set the chocolate melter
to setting 1. add 50 ml milk and heat while stirring
frequently to make the chocolate melt. Once a smooth
texture is obtained, add the rest of the milk as well as
the whipped cream and sugar. Set the chocolate melter
to setting 2 and let the mixture heat for two to three
minutes.
5 | cLeaning & maintenance
always unplug the appliance after use. always unplug the
appliance before cleaning. Leave the appliance to cool
down completely.
Wipe the outside of the housing with a damp cloth and
dry. Scrape the excess chocolate only with a plastic
spatula out of the bowl. the bowl and the spatula can be
cleaned in a dishwasher.
never use any abrasives! never immerse the appliance
into water or other liquids.
