7. Why can I not delete or overwrite the data in the SD card under
External Storage mode?
Ans: (a) Please ensure the SD card is not in write-protected mode by
checking for a switch or button on the side of the micro SD card or
adapter. It might have a lock/unlock symbol on it. Move the switch to
the "Unlocked" position to remove write protection
(b) Ensure the data or file is not in use when trying to delete or
overwrite
8. What type of files can be stored in the SD card?
Ans: The SD card behaves like any other hard drive and supports
storage
of all types of files as long as it can be supported by the operating
system
9. Can I play and listen to my music files directly from the X-mini™
HAPPY Capsule Speaker™ through the computer?
Ans: Yes, under External Storage mode, you can open all types of
files as long as it can be supported by the operating system
