HOSE REPLACEMENT
• Remove shroud screws and shroud (Fig.4).
• Remove all tension from reel. See "TENSION
ADJUSTMENT. " Pull hose
until ratchet "clicks" several times.
• Remove spray valve using 1/2" wrench.
• Pull hose back through guide and unwind
hose completely.
• Rotate reel through "clicks" until hose
connection is exposed.
• Use 9/16" wrench to remove hose
connection from reel.
• Place new hose connection onto reel (no
sealant needed).
• Feed hose around hub, following direction
of arrow on hub shown (Fig.5).
• Wind until hose will fi t through hose guide
about 1 foot long.
• Reattach spray valve. Check for leaks.
• Check tension. Adjust tension as needed in
"TENSION ADJUSTMENT " section.
• Reattach shroud and screws.
• Mount on oven and reattach plumbing.
RATCHET LOCK REPLACEMENT / REMOVAL
• Remove all tension, see "TENSION ADJUSTMENT. "
• Remove shroud and screw (Fig.4). Loosen top
screw (Fig.6) Use e-clip remover and disengage
e-clip from swivel (Fig.6).
