USE OF THE LAMP
1.
Plug the lamp.

Press the main switch on the cord.

To turn the light on and off in the lamp base, turn the knob on the lamp base clockwise
slightly. Turn it clockwise again to turn it off. Turning clockwise again activates the light in
the lamp base again.
Do not turn the knob counterclockwise.!
Note: There are 2 pull chains, under the lampshade, located respectively under the
lampholders. Use them to turn on or off the two bulbs inside the lampshade separately
only if the main switch is "on" position.

Press again to turn it off.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
 Use the lamp indoors only.
 Before connecting the lamp to the mains, check that the voltage indicated on the rating plate
matches that of your electrical installation.
 Never exceed the maximum wattage for the bulbs and use the correct bulb base (refer to Part
B: Installation / Replacement of bulb.
 Do not pull on the cord, but on the plug to disconnect the lamp.
 Do not touch the lamp and its base with wet hands.
 Do not touch the bulb and shade when it is lit.
 Install the lamp away from moisture and away from flammable materials and heat sources.
 The lamp should be placed in a dry place, on a clean and stable surface.
 Always disconnect the lamp if left unattended, as well as before assembling, dismantling or
cleaning.
 Never touch the switch with wet hands.
 Do not attempt to open the lamp to repair it. The electrical part can only be repaired by a
qualified electrician or a specialized workshop.
 Never look directly at the light source.
 The lamp is not a toy. Keep the lamp out of the reach of children and pets.
 Do not cover the lamp when it is switched on.
 Handle the product with care. A blow, a shock, or a fall, even from a low height, can damage it.
 If you do not intend to use the lamp for a long time, remove the cable from the outlet.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning the lamp, unplug it and allow it to cool down for 10 minutes.

Clean the lamp with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

Avoid contact with water.

Do not use abrasive chemicals or detergents.

Keep the lamp away from dust, moisture and extreme temperatures.
