Correct blood pressure measurement
•
Relax for 5 minutes before measuring your blood pressure.
•
Do not smoke or drink coffee for at least 30 minutes before measuring
your blood pressure.
•
Do not move or speak during the measurement.
•
Position the cuff directly on the bare arm.
•
The cuff should be positioned on the left arm, above the elbow joint, at the
heart level.
•
The cuff should be neither too tight nor too light. There should be enough
space between the cuff and the arm to fit two fingers.
•
Lay your arm on the table with your palm facing up.
•
After you are in a comfortable position, press the ON/OFF button on the
device to turn it on.
•
After 00 appears on the screen, the measurement starts.
Irregular heartbeat indicator
If the device detects irregular heartbeats, the icon

When the unit is turned off, press and hold the SET button. The year will
flash on the screen. Use the MEMORY buttons (left arrow, right arrow) to
reach the desired number.
•
Press the SET button again. The month will flash on the screen. Use the
MEMORY buttons (left arrow, right arrow) to reach the desired number.
•
Press the SET button again. The day will flash on the screen. Use the
MEMORY buttons (left arrow, right arrow) to reach the desired number.
•
Continue the procedure for adjusting the hour and minutes. Note: The
time is in 24h format.
•
After setting the date and time, briefly press the SET button again to
activate/deactivate the English voice prompt. SP ON or SP OFF will be
displayed on the screen.
•
To exit the date, time and language setting mode, press the SET button
once. The screen will no longer display anything.
