Troubleshooting Guide
CAUTION: Always disconnect power cord before servicing.
WARNING: Repairs should only be performed by an authorized service center.
Never operate this spot extractor when the equipment is not performing as expected or when any parts is visibly damaged. When
repair is needed, take the equipment to an authorized srvice center.
1. Float Ball Stuck
2. Damaged or Loose Vacuum Hose
1. Extension Cord not Plugged In
2. Switch not in the "On" Position
3. Outlet not Working
4. Power Cord Damaged
1. Pump Not On
2. Solution Intake In Solution Tank Dirty/Clogged.
3. Quick-Disconnect Clogged With Debris.

connection point.

Problem: Loss Of Solution Pressure
Cause
SOLUTION
1. Tap Float To Unstick. Make Sure It Is At The Bottom Of The Unit.
2. Attach or Replace
SOLUTION
1. Check if Machine and Cord are Plugged In
2. Check Switches, Replace if Necessary
3. Test Outlet Using Another Electrical Componet. Use Different
Outlet If Needed.
4. Fix Or Replace Power Cord.
Solution
1. Turn Pump On. Remove Jet From End Of Hand Tool And Press
Trigger On Wand.
2. Clean Intake. Remove Debris.
3. Remove Debris And Clean.
