Of course, you can also request the values during training, when the timer is running,
at any time with the button (D) "RESET".
• To save the current data so that you can call them again later
in the menu "DATA, keep the button (A) "ADJ/EL" pushed for
approx. 2 to 3 seconds. While the button is pushed, the display
shows "SAVE DATA".
At the same time, the data in more "HRM" are deleted and you
can start a new training unit.
Only one data record can be saved in mode "DATA". I.e. if you
save the current data, the old saved data are deleted automati-
cally.
