Troubleshooting
Problem
A Insufficient power
B The battery is connected, but it doesn´t work.
C The battery life is extremely short.
D The display screen is on but the bicycle
doesn´t work.
E The display screen is on but the bicycle only
works with the throttle and the pedal assist
system doesn´t work.
F The display screen is on but the bicycle only
works with the pedal assist system and the
throttle doesn´t work.
G The motor turns itself on when the display
screen is turned on.
H The bicycle won´t start again after being
turned off.
I The green pilot light appears on charging the
battery
j Mechanical noise coming from the motor.
Solution
1 Check the battery level
2 If the battery has been well used or is over 4 years
old, it may need to be replaced
