This towbar is designed to assembly in following cars:
TOYOTA LEXUS RX300, (XU1), 1 exhaust pipe, produced since
07.2000 till 04.2003, catalogue number O62 and is prepared to tow trailers
max total weight 2200 kg and max vertical load 75 kg.
Thank you for buying our product. Their reliability has been confirmed in
many tests. Reliability of towbar depends also on correct assembly and correct
exploitation. For this reasons we kindly ask to read carefully this instruction and
apply to hints.
The towbar should be install in points described by a car producer.

From manufacturer
1. Disassemble a original towing eye (not used any more).
2. Remove plugs from threaded holes in chassis members.
3. Underneath the bumper cut fragment according to figure below.

4. To chassis members fix loosely elements pos. 4 and 5 using bolts

M10x1,25x35mm (pos. 11) and elements (pos. 6 and 7) using bolts
M10x1,25x40mm (pos. 10), see figure.
5. Between installed elements 4 and 5 put main bar of the towbar (pos. 1)

and fix it using bolts M12x45mm (pos. 9)
6. Fix tow ball (pos. 2) and using bolts M12x70mm (pos. 9) from
accessories.
7. Fix the socket plate (pos. 3) as shown on the drawing.
8. Connect electric wires of 7-poles socket according to the instruction of
the car. (Recommend to make at authorized service station).
9. Complete the paint coating damaged during installation.

M12 - 87 Nm
After install the towbar you should get adequate note in registration book (at
authorised service station).The car should be equipped with:
Indicators
Tow mirrors
After 1000km of exploitation check all bolts and nuts. The ball of towbar must be
always kept clear and conserve with a grease.

Torque settings for nuts and bolts (8,8):
M8 - 25 Nm
M14 - 138 Nm
NOTE
M10 - 50 Nm
M16 - 210 Nm
