If you have purchased your Product in an EU country,
you can have your Product serviced, under the
conditions set out above, within the warranty period,
in any EU country where identical Product is sold by
an authorized MK99 distributor. Please observe that it
may not be possible to repair SIM-locked product
elsewhere than in the country of original purchase.

THE WARRANTIES AND REPAIRS STIPULATED ABOVE
ARE EXCLUSIVE OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED,
WRITTEN OR VERBAL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CONFORMITY TO ANY
REPRESENTATION OR DESCRIPTION AND NON-
INFRINGEMENT. THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE
HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
