Introduction
The optical smoke detector is self-
contained and requires no specific set-
tings.
A LED indicator lamp flashes every
minute to indicate that the smoke
detector is functioning normally.
Should cold fumes containing visible
particles be detected (combustion of
wood, carpets, wall paper, etc.), the
detector will:
• cause the LED indicator lamp to
flash quickly,
• trigger a built-in sounder (93 kB (A)
at 1 m) during the detection period,
• trigger the alarm control panel
sirens in fire sounding mode,
• trigger the telephone dialler.
