Be sure the object to be lifted cannot shove. Therefore, block the wheels.

Never work at, on or under the object before it is placed on solid points of

support. Do not leave the object on the jack.
Never use the jack on sloping floors.
3)
Prevent people being in the danger zone of the jack.
4)
Never exceed the maximum working load of the jack. The jack should have a

capacity of 70% of the total weight of the object when lifting the object at one
side. For example: if you want to lift an object of 10 ton at one side you need a
jack with a capacity of at least 7 ton. Think of the load on the object.
The best is, of course, to remove the total load from the object to be lifted.
6)
When this should not be possible, remove the loose parts of the load, which
possibly may shove or even fall off the object.
The lever should be controlled only by human power. Only a maximum

pressure of approximately 45 kilogram should be used to let the jack elevate
an object.
Only those persons who are aware of how to use the jack, by having read this

manual, should use the jack. Injudicious use may cause danger.

5. MAINTENANCE

To prolong the life of the jack, we advise you to consider the following
maintenance prescriptions, so that the JJ jack will carry out heavy jobs for years to
come.
Do not leave the jack outdoor and prevent rain and snow to affect your JJ

Grease head- and cylinderpump with oil to prevent corrosion.

Grease all moving parts at least once a year.

At least every two years, the hydraulic oil should be refreshed. Completely

lower the saddle and remove filler plug (No 39 of the pump unit). Place the
jack on its side and drain old oil into a container. Place jack upright and fill
with high-quality hydraulic jack oil to the lower rim of the fill hole. Replace
the oil plug.
It is important to use the right kind of oil, to prevent the hydraulic system from
damaging. We advise you to use hydraulic oil H-L according to DIN 51524.
This oil is suitable for summer as well as for winter.
Collect the old oil and always respect the regulations in force for
disposing of old oil!
Check regularly, but at least once a year, the hydraulic oil level and fill up if
