• Die Montagelage ist beliebig; Voraussetzungen: Magnetschalter
und Magnet können über die Frontfläche aneinander vorbeigeführt
werden.
• Um eine Beeinflussung oder Reduzierung der Grenzabstände zu
vermeiden, bitte folgende Hinweise beachten:
• Magnetschalter und Magnet möglichst nicht auf ferro-
magnetischem Material anbringen. Falls doch, sind
Reduzierungen der Grenzabstände zu erwarten
• Magnetschalter und Magnet nicht in starken
Magnetfeldern anbringen
• Eisenspäne fernhalten
• Magnetschalter und Magnet keinen starken Vibrationen
und Stößen aussetzen
• Magnetschalter und Magnet an Schutzeinrichtungen
unlösbar befestigen
(Sicherheitsschrauben, z.B. Torx mit Stift, Vernieten etc.)
• Magnetschalter nur auf ebenen Flächen befestigen, da es sonst
zu Verspannungen kommen kann, die ggf. den Magnetschalter
zerstören oder die Grenzabstände verändern
• Geräte nicht als Anschlag benutzen
• Montageabstand zwischen zwei Systemen min. 50 mm
• Die Magnetschalter sind entsprechend den angegebenen
Aderfarben anzuschließen
Hinweise
Zur Betätigung des Magnetschalters können nur die gelisteten
Magnete eingesetzt werden. Nur mit diesen Magneten ist einwand-
freie Funktion und Wiederholgenauigkeit sichergestellt.
Der Magnetschalter besitzt zwei getrennte Öffnerpfade bzw.
1 Schließer/1 Öffner und kann in Sicherheitsanwendungen mit
den hierfür geeigneten AES / SRB Sicherheitsauswertungen
eingesetzt werden.

• Any mounting position provided that the front sides of the magnetic
reed switch and the magnet can be approached to one another.
• To avoid any interference inherent to this kind of system and any
reduction of the switching distances, please observe the follow
remarks:
• If possible, do not mount the magnetic reed switch and the
magnet on ferromagnetic material. Otherwise, the following
variations of the switching distances may be expected
• Do not install the magnetic reed switch and the magnet in strong
magnetic fields
• The presence of ferromagnetic chips may reduce sensitivity.
• Do not subject the components to extreme vibrations and/or
shocks
• Inseparably fix the magnetic reed switch and the magnet to the
guard (using tamperproof screws, e.g. Torx with pin, riveting, etc.)
• Exclusively mount the magnetic reed switch on flat surfaces to
avoid tensile stresses that could damage the magnetic reed switch
or lead to varying switching distances
• Do not use the magnetic reed switch and the magnet as
mechanical backstop
• Mounting distance between two magnetic reed switches should
always be at least 50 mm
• Wire the magnetic reed switches according to the specified wire
colours
Notes
Only the listed magnets are suitable for actuating the magnetic
reed switch. Only when these magnets are used, a trouble-free
functioning and the repeat accuracy are guaranteed.
The magnetic reed switch has two separated NC contacts or 1
NO/1 NC contact and can be used in safety applications in combi-
nation with the safety monitoring modules of the AES / SRB series,
which have been developed to this end.

• La position de montage est indifférente, à condition que les zones
actives de l'interrupteur magnétique et de l'aimant puissent se
rapprocher.
• Afin d'éviter toute interférence inhérente à ce système et toute
réduction des distances de fonctionnement, respectez les conseils
suivants:
• Evitez, dans la mesure du possible, d'installer l'interrupteur
magnétique et l'aimant sur un matériau ferromagnétique.
L'utilisation de matériaux ferromagnétiques à proximité de
l'aimant et de l'interrupteur magnétique modifie les distances
de fonctionnement comme suit
• N'utilisez pas l'interrupteur magnétique et l'aimant à proximité
d'une source magnétique puissante
• Evitez toute accumulation de limailles et débris ferromagnétiques
• Evitez toute exposition à des vibrations et/ou chocs importants
• Fixez l'interrupteur magnétique et l'aimant de manière
indémontable
• Fixez l'interrupteur magnétique uniquement sur des surfaces
plates pour éviter toute tension susceptible de détruire l'interrupteur
magnétique ou de modifier les distances de fonctionnement
• L'interrupteur magnétique et l'aimant ne doivent pas servir de
butée mécanique
• Respectez une distance minimale de 50 mm entre deux
interrupteurs magnétiques
• Raccordez les interrupteurs magnétiques de sécurité
conformément aux couleurs indiquées sur les conducteurs
Remarques
Seuls les aimants indiqués conviennent pour l'actionnement de
l'interrupteur magnétique. Le fonctionnement impeccable et la
répétitivité sont exclusivement garantis si ces aimants sont utilisés.
L'interrupteur magnétique possède deux contacts NF isolés ou 1
contact NO/1 contact NF et peut être utilisé dans des applications
de sécurité en liaison avec les modules de sécurité de la série
AES / SRB, qui sont prévus à cet effet.
