• Do not use the light fitting without the globe. Replace a damaged globe immediately.
• Do not use the light fitting if the power cord is damaged.
• Disconnect the mains supply before installing, or carrying out any maintenance on the light fitting.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
New installations and extensions to existing systems should always be carried out by an authorised
electrician. If you have the necessary experience and knowledge, you may replace switches and power
points, fit plugs, extension cords and light sockets. If not, you should contact an electrician. Incorrect
installation can result in electric shock or fire.

IMPORTANT: Make sure the power is switched off before connecting the wires to the light fitting.
1. Mark out on the supporting surface where the light fitting is to be fitted. Drill screw holes if
necessary.
2. Insert the power cord through the grommet on the back of the light fitting.
3. Screw on the light fitting.
4. Connect the green-yellow earth wire to the earth terminal
5. Connect the blue wire to the terminal marked L.
6. Connect the neutral wire to the terminal marked N.
7. Insert a bulb.
