Troubleshooting
Check the following if there are any problems.
If the unit still does not work after checking, unplug it and have it repaired.
Abnormal condition
Machine does not work.
Machine does not seal
completely.
Machine does not
succeed in vacuuming.
There is an air leak in the
packaging after vacuum
packing.
Matter of controls
1. Check that you have inserted the plug correctly into
the socket.
2. Whether there is a problem with the socket.
3. Whether you have been using the machine for a
long time. (If you have finished with a pack, wait 20
seconds before starting with another pack).
1. If the edge of the plastic bag on the heating wire is
folded over or is not flat, it will not be completely
sealed.
2. If your hands do not press firmly on the cover or
you press on one side of the cover. Press the cover
with both hands.
3. Make sure the plastic bag is fully unfolded when
closing.
4. Check that the red light is on after you have
pressed the button for some time.
5. Check whether the heating wire is damaged.
1. Make sure the edge of the plastic bag is placed on
the middle of the bottom package.
2. Make sure that the hook on the lid is locked.
3. Make sure that the plastic bag is not folded.
4. Check whether the contents have sharp corners or
whether the plastic bag is broken.
5. Check whether the contents are too heavy. (The
contents may not take up more than 3/4 of the
whole room).
6. Check if the air inlet is blocked.
7. Make sure you use the specialised plastic bags.
8. Make sure that the machine has rested for more
than 20 seconds since the last packing.
9. Check whether the upper and lower packaging is
damaged.
10. Check that the vacuum relief valve is on.
1. Contents with multiple corners are considered
sealed before vacuuming.
2. Please use the special plastic bags.
3. The content that can produce its own gases, can
release the vacuum.
