3. Charging indicator light (See Fig. 7)
• The "On/Off/Mode" key illuminates in continuous red whilst charging.
• The "On/Off/Mode" key illuminates in continuous green when fully charged.
Notes: It is normal when the adaptor and the appliance feel warm during charging.
Warning: NEVER cover the appliance and adaptor during charging. When charging/
using, do not touch charging connector and any person simultaneously. Once device
is fully charged, please disconnect power source. Do not overcharge.
4. Remove the adaptor from the wall socket and pull the small plug out of the
appliance when fully charged.

Preparing treatment areas

• Start by cleaning your face with a non-oil based cleanser.
• Use the provided soft cloth to clean the surface of the attachment.
5.3

Patch test

• Familiarize yourself with the features of the Freequent™ device.
• Apply the RF gel onto the a small patch of skin, then turn on Freequent™ with
the RF mode and test on a small patch of skin and wait 24 hours. Please do the
same patch test with the cool mode.
• This patch test is to ensure there are no adverse reactions. If irritation occurs do
not continue treatment and please consult a doctor or dermatologist.

6. Using Freequent™

6.1

Course of treatment

1. We highly recommend to follow this treatment course:
RF: 2min. for one side of face, + 2min. for the other side of face + 2mins for
forehead + 2mins for under and around eyes (please use the special tip for
eyes) + 2mins cool mode.
2. For optimal clinical results, use your Freequent™ device 2 times a week for a
period of 6-8 weeks.
3. Please ensure you have at least a one-day interval between treatments on the
same treatment area.
6.2

Before treatment

1. Cleanse the area to be treated of all creams and ointments.
2. Freequent™ RF gel must be used throughout treatment. Spread a thin, even
layer over the entire treatment area.
6.3

Possible side effects

The following side effects are rare; however in the event that they do occur, they
are usually temporary. However, if any of the following conditions appear and last
more than 24 hours, consult your physician.
• Prolonged pain
• Damage to natural skin texture (crusting, blister, burn)
• Fragile skin
• Bruising
• Mild headache
6.4
Operating the system (Please check with section 3.1 "device
description")
1. Turn on by long pressing power button. Make sure the white indicator light
appears.
2. Press again for entering in RF mode. A single green indicator appears that
indicates the lowest energy level.
3. Place the device on your skin, ensuring that all electronic tips are touching
the skin at all times.
4. Start moving the device slowly in a circular motion, allowing the device to
warm your skin to the optimal temperature. Please follow 6.1 for course of
