If your product has a problem linked to the transport and that you have expressed some
reservations about the state of your product and not just the packaging and haven't signed
the delivery slip, please send justifying photos and product invoice to contact@jsparraw.com
under 72 working hours.
However, if you have accepted the parcel without checking the product inside and without
expressing reservations: we deny all responsibility in the matter.
