  • Page 4 VISIERA SMONTAGGIO 1.1 Aprire completamente la visiera. 1.2 Tenendo premuto il tasto sblocco visiera (A) far scorrere in avanti la visiera fino allo scatto (Fig. 1). 1.3 Svincolare i ganci visiera (B1 e B2) dalla loro sede. 1.4 Ripetere le precedenti operazioni dall’altro lato del casco. Attenzione: non rimuovere i meccanismi d’apertura e chiusura visiera dalla calotta.
  • Page 5 MONTAGGIO CUFFIA 3.1 Inserire correttamente l’imbottitura di conforto all’interno del casco. 3.2 Agganciare le linguette frontali di fissaggio nel supporto fissato alla calotta interna spingendo leggermente la cuffia verso l’esterno del casco (Fig. 6). 3.3 Agganciare le linguette posteriori di fissaggio dell’interno di conforto nelle rispetti- ve sedi poste nella zona nuca (Fig.

  • Page 7 MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA Smontare il visierino interno Pinlock dalla visiera. Usando un panno umido e morbido, ® pulire delicatamente con sapone neutro liquido. Rimuovere ogni traccia di sapone sotto acqua corrente. Lasciare asciugare il visierino senza strofinare aiutandosi con aria secca e tiepida. Per mantenere inalterate nel tempo le caratteristiche del visierino, lasciare asciugare il casco dopo l’utilizzo in luogo aerato e asciutto con la visiera aperta.

  • Page 9 TAKING OFF THE HELMET 2.1 With the helmet on and the strap securely fastened, try to take the helmet off as shown in figure (A). In case of accident the different forces at stake and their various directions may result in helmet rotations or they may even cause the helmet to slip off if it is not securely fastened.
  • Page 10 VISOR DISASSEMBLY 1.1 Open the visor completely. 1.2 Press and hold the visor release button (A) down and slide the visor forward until it clicks (Fig. 1). 1.3 Free the visor hooks (B1 and B2) from their housing. 1.4 Follow the same steps on the other side of the helmet. Warning: do not remove the visor mechanisms from the shell.
  • Page 11 ASSEMBLY LINER 3.1 Properly insert the comfort padding into the helmet. 3.2 Hook the front fastening flaps to the support fixed to the inner shell by slightly pushing the liner towards the outside of the helmet (Fig. 6). 3.3 Hook the rear fastening flaps of the inner comfort padding to the seats in the hel- met neck-ring area (Fig.
  • Page 12 1.5 Widen the visor and fasten the other side of the Pinlock inner visor to the second ® pin (Fig.9). 1.6 Release the visor. 1.7 Remove the protective film from the Pinlock inner visor and check that the entire ® silicone-sealed profile of the inner visor adheres to the visor.
  • Page 13 MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING Remove the Pinlock inner visor from the visor. Using a damp and soft cloth, gently ® clean it with neutral liquid soap. Remove the soap under running water. Dry the inner visor with dry and lukewarm air without wiping it. To keep the features of the inner visor in good conditions over time, let the helmet dry in a ventilated and dry place with the visor open after use.

  • Page 15 ABSTREIFEN DES HELMS 2.1 Versuchen, den aufgesetzten und festgeschnallten Helm wie in der Abbildung (A) gezeigt, abzustreifen. Wenn der Helm nicht richtig festgeschnallt wird, können die einwirkenden Kräfte und die verschiedenen Richtungen, in die diese Kräfte wirken, im Fall eines Unfalls zu einer Drehung oder sogar zu einem Abstreifen des Helms führen.
  • Page 16 VISIER ABNEHMEN DES VISIERS 1.1 Das Visier vollständig öffnen. 1.2 Die Entriegelungstaste des Visiers (A) gedrückt halten und das Visier bis zum Aus- lösen nach vorne schieben (Abb. 1). 1.3 Die Visierhaken (B1 und B2) aus ihrer Vertiefung lösen. 1.4 Die beschriebenen Schritte auf der anderen Helmseite wiederholen.   • Page 19 Um in derartigen Situationen die Funktionstüchtigkeit des Systems nach der Benut- zung wiederherzustellen, muss das Innenvisier vom Helmvisier abgenommen und mit trockener, lauwarmer Luft getrocknet werden. In den oben beschriebenen Situationen sollte auch der Helm getrocknet werden, um die eventuell im Inneren vorhandene Feuchtigkeit zu beseitigen.
