Operating modes of the D11
The D11 offers the following modes of operation
Operation without MEM card
All D11 settings and log-in data for operation on a system-compatible
telecommunication system such as the Integral 55, GAP system or on
the f.airnet DoIP system are stored in the memory of the handset.
The D11 can be logged in to multiple system-compatible telecommuni-
cation systems consecutively. For example, to the telecommunication
systems of different (company) locations. By the subsequent selection
of one of these logged-in systems the bearer of the device decides on
an individual basis regarding the utilisation of one of the telecommunica-
tion systems to which they are logged in.
The D11 can only be used on one of the logged-in telecom systems at
any one time.
Operating with a D3- or a FC1 MEM card
In this operating mode, the D11 is fitted with a MEM Card of a DECT ™
handset of the type D3 or FC1 that has already been logged in.
The D11 uses the log-in data on the D3 or FC1 MEM card and copies
the content of the phone book from the MEM card to its own memory.
At no stage does the D11 write data back to the D3 or FC1 MEM Card.
The D11 cannot be logged on to further telecom systems during this op-
erating mode with a D3 or FC1 MEM card fitted. See page 142.
All logins to telecom systems that have been performed by the D11
without a MEM card (see Operation without MEM card), can be neither
seen nor selected when operating with a D3 or an FC1 MEM card.
Logins can only be used again once the MEM card has been removed.
Telephone directory content that has been transferred from a D3 or FC1
MEM card to the memory of a D11 is also retained after removal of the
MEM card.
Operating with an FC4 or an IH4 MEM card
In this operating mode, the D11 is fitted with a MEM Card of a DECT ™
