INNER TIE ROD TOOL (028-035mm)
1. FEATURES
• To remove fast and easily worn axial joint on tie rod ends and install new tie rods with a 27mm spanner
• Special inner head design auto-grips axial joint firmly by turning clockwise and anti-clockwise.
• Mainly for European and Japanese small cars (below 2000cc)
• Width of application auto adjustable from 028mm-035mm.

• DO NOT allow untrained persons to use the kit.

4. INSTRUCTIONS
REMOVAL
Step 1 Remove the cotter pin on tie rod end.
Step 2 Insert the tie rod through the hollow body of the tool (Fig. 1)
Step 3 Ensure the rolling bars grip the axial joint securely.
Step 4 Use a spanner or a 1/2"DR ratchet to turn-anti clockwise for removal (Fig. 2)
NOTE DO NOT use an air/impact tool to operate this tool.
INSTALLATION
Step 1 Insert a new tie rod through the hollow body of the tool.
Step 2 Use a spanner or a 1/2" DR ratchet and turn clockwise for installation.
Step 3 Put a cotter pin on the tie rod end.
