IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS. This manual contains important instructions for Models
CH1800/CH1800-FC that shall be followed during installation and maintenance of the
solar charging adaptor.
 Before using the solar charging adaptor, read all instructions and cautionary
markings on the solar charging adaptor, the battery and the product using battery.
WARNING:

 The solar charging adaptor can only work with 12V Solar Panel with MC4
connectors. Do not exceed 22V input for the solar charging adaptor. Doing so
can cause serious damage to the solar charging adaptor and potential bodily
injury. Check voltages when using third party solar panels with this solar charging
adaptor. Do not chain solar panels in series (positive to negative, positive to
negative, etc.), as this can result in dangerously high voltages.
CAUTION:
rechargeable batteries. Other types of batteries may burst, causing personal injury or
damage.
 Have your solar charging adaptor serviced by a qualified repair person using only
identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is
maintained.
