Massage
Each massage area may be selected separately. Select high,
medium or low intensity. For use at home.
Heat
Press the "HEAT" button to turn the heat function on or off. A
built-in thermostat controls the temperature within a safe range.
The heat may be used with or without massage.

NOTE: This product produces a warming heat. It is not intended to
be used as a therapeutic heating pad. Please allow a few minutes to
reach maximum temperature. Mat reaches maximum temperature
of 60°C after approx. 7 minutes.
