NOTE: Saving a CID record to a MemDial button that is not blank will over-
write the previously saved name/number without prompting.

Programming/Editing Memory Dial Buttons

This feature allows you to program or edit numbers in the three memory locations (M1-M3)
or make changes to the currently programmed numbers .
To program the memory keys:
1 . Press the MENU button, then press the DOWN arrow to the "View MemDial?"
screen . (See Figure 12) You will have the option of choosing "Yes" or "No" . Select
"Yes" by pressing the One (1) button.
2 . "MemDial 1" or the saved name and number will be displayed . (To go to the next
MemDial location, press the DOWN arrow) .
3 . Use the DEL button to delete the text "MemDial 1" or name stored . Next, type in
the name of the record you wish to store, then press ENTER .
4 . Use the DEL button to delete the number to be edited . If there is no number stored,
enter the telephone number you wish to store (up to 31 digits), then press ENTER . The
number is now stored into the M1 button, then the screen advances to the next memo-
ry location (M2) .
5 . Repeat the steps to program M2 .
To edit the memory keys: repeat the programming sequence again .
NOTE: programming a location overwrites the previously saved number at that location .
To enter a space, press "1" .
