Using the communication system at a high volume
for an extended period of time can cause hearing
damage. Set the volume so that calls and music
etc. can be understood at a comfortable level
above the wind noise.

Improper handling of the communication system
increases the risk of explosion and fire.
• Never expose the communication system to heat,
such as direct sunlight, naked flames etc.
• Keep the communication system away from hot
surfaces.
• Do not use the communication system in an
explosive atmosphere or in the vicinity of highly
flammable liquids, gases or dust.
• Moisture, e.g. rain, must be avoided.

Improper handling of the communication system
increases the risk of an electric shock.
• Only use the enclosed charging cable to charge
the communication system. It can be used with a
PC or an existing approved (CE marking) USB type
A charger in order to charge the communication
system.
• Only connect the charger to an easily accessible
power outlet so that the communication system
can be disconnected from the mains supply quickly
in case of a fault.
• Only charge the communication system in dry
indoor spaces.
• Never pull the mains charger from the power outlet
by the cable; always take hold of the plug itself.
• Lay the cable so that it does not cause a stumbling
hazard.
• Do not bend the cable and do not place it over
sharp edges.
• Never take hold of an electrical device if it has
fallen into water. In such an event, switch off the
circuit breaker immediately and disconnect the
mains charger from the power outlet.
• Do not under any circumstances operate the
communication system if it has visible signs of
damage or if the cables or plugs are faulty.
• Never open the housing or make any modifications
to the communication system or the accessories.
Always have repairs carried out by qualified
specialists. Warranty cover shall be rendered
null and void in the event of any unauthorised
repairs, improper connection or incorrect use. The
rechargeable battery in the communication system
is not replaceable.
