7. What to do if?

Problem
Light is not lit.
The light switches off
automatically.
Light does not respond
to inputs.
The connecting cable is
damaged.
Possible causes
Mains plug not
plugged in.
LED module is defec-
tive.
The temperature in the
light head is too high.
Software function is
defective.
Mechanical impact on
the connecting cable.

Corrective action
Plug the mains plug into a socket.
Contact us.
No measures required.
As soon as the temperature in the
light head has decreased, the light
can be switched on again.
Unplug the mains plug for a few
seconds.
If the light still doesn't respond, con-
tact us.
Disconnect the damaged connect-
ing cable immediately from the
power supply and have it replaced
by the manufacturer or by a quali-
fied electrician.
