CALIBRATION OF VULCANIZING MOLD
This vulcanizer mold has a thermostat mounted on rear of bottom mold half
under wiring cover. To recalibrate thermostat, remove wiring cover by removing
screw at each side. Twist cover back away from mold press.
Open mold wide so both halves are pressed together. Check temperature with
TEMPIL -STIK or pyrometer. Adjust thermostat as required. T urning adjustment
screw clockwise reduces temperature. Counterclockwise increases temperature.
!
Be careful not to touch live electrical parts when cover is removed. Replace
cover after calibration.
