Wash the inside and outside of the show-cases.
Do not pour so much water that it spills. Observe the level of water in the tray, and add more as needed.
Turn on the device using the switch (4 pic.1) at the rear of the device.
Set the required temperature (30 ÷ 90°C) using the temperature dial (2 pic.1).
A warning lamp (3 pic.1) shows that the appliance is working. During normal working this lamp will lights on
till the desired temperature is reached. After that it will lights off.
The temperature inside the device can be checked by reading the temperature indicator (1 pic.1).
Place the food in special containers and place them on the shelves.
Turn on the interior light with switch 5 pic.1.
Turn on the rotation of the rotating shelf with the switch 6 Fig.1 (only for AK97ECG).
WARNING: when in use, parts of the device get very hot. To avoid burns, do not touch hot parts of
the device with bare hands!
If the device is not to be used for longer periods, turn it off using the switch (4 pic.1) and remove the plug
from its socket.
WARNING: before cleaning and maintenance operations, the appliance must be disconnected and
cold.
The stainless steel parts must be treated with non abrasive detergents.
We do not recommend any type of washing powder.
Never wash the appliance with a jet of water as it might cause infiltrations in the electrical components.
The control of the electrical components should be carried out by qualified personnel.
The manufacturer declines every responsibility if the above directions are not properly followed.
SWITCH OFF THE MACHINE IN CASE OF MALFUNCTION OR DAMAGE
In case of break down you have to:
- switch off the machine
- switch off the electricity from the main switch
- address yourself to your technical service engineer who will check the problem.
Only a qualified technician and using original spare parts and accessories should carry out repairs and
maintenance of the device. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself.
Discarding old devices
At the end of its service life the discarded device has to be disposed in accordance with the national
regulations. It is advisable to contact a company which is specialized in waste disposal, or just contact the
local disposal service in your community.
WARNING: to exclude any abuse and the dangers involved make the waste device unfit for use
before disposal. For that purpose disconnect device from mains supply and remove mains
connection cable from the device.
For the disposal of the device please consider and act according to the national and local
rules and regulations.
