3. Heating not good
• Select correct heating mode and confirm light
• The set temperature should be higher than room temperature.
• There is three minutes delay on compressor.
• It needs more time to start heating on an extremely cold winter
day.
• Make sure filters are clean.
• Select max fan to achieve best performance.
• Be sure all doors and windows are closed, curtains should help to
introduce cold air in.
EO Communication fault
E1 Room temperature sensor faulty
Fault in connection to room temperature sensor or other damage.
E2 Indoor coil temperature sensor faulty
Fault in connection to indoor coil temperature sensor or other damage.
E3 Outdoor coil temperature sensor faulty
Fault in connection to outdoor coil temperature sensor or other damage.
E4 Insufficient refridgerant
Faulty in cooling or heating function. No temperature change is detected on the indoor
coil sensor at first 20min after compressor start to work.
E5 Indoor/ Outdoor coil over heated protection
When cooling or dry mode, too high temperature on outdoor coil sensor. When heating
mode, too high temperature on indoor coil sensor.
E7 Compressor overload protection
The compressor is self-protected and stopped due to too high load.
