ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION | DISPOSAL
The product should not be discarded in the normal household waste under any circumstances. Dispose of the
product via an authorised disposal centre or your municipal waste disposal facility. Observe the current applica-
ble regulations. Contact your waste disposal facility in the event of any doubt. Dispose of all packaging materials
via an environmentally friendly disposal facility. Used batteries and rechargeable batteries are special waste and
must be disposed of in accordance with national regulations and not with the normal household waste.

USING THE LED LIGHT
Press 1x:

USING THE WS SPEAKER
Press the WS button for min. 3 seconds, WS mode activates (blue LED flashes).
Then select the name of the WS source "RECA WL500R" on the WS device (smartphone). As soon as the connec-
tion is established, the LED illuminates blue.
ACTIVATING TWO WS DEVICES
If two WL500Rs are present they can be linked to one another through WS.
To do so, start the WS function on both devices. Then click the WS button on one of the devices twice. The two
devices are now linked with each other. Now select and connect the WS source on the smartphone.
If you wish to disconnect a WL500R, the connection can be broken by double-clicking the WS button.
If the WS device is inactive for more than 2 minutes after connection, the connection will be automatically
interrupted.
DEACTIVATING THE WS FUNCTION
Press the WS button for ca. 1 second
SIMULTANEOUS LIGHT AND WS FUNCTION
If the light and WS function are being used simultaneously and the rechargeable battery power is too low, the
WS function will be switched off in order to use the remaining battery power for the light.
CHARGING
Charge the rechargeable battery pack fully before first use. When storing over an extended period of time,
charge at least 2x per year during storage in order to prevent the rechargeable battery pack deep-discharging.
Plug the charge cable into the Micro-USB charge socket and then connect to a USB power source.
LED RECHARGEABLE BATTERY INDICATOR
Charge status or remaining capacity is indicated by a status LED.
LED illuminates red:
LED illuminates green: Rechargeable battery fully charged
LED flashes blue:
LED illuminates blue:
WARNING OF LOW BATTERY CAPACITY
LED flashes red. When this happens the rechargeable battery pack should be charged immediately.
Simultaneous charging and lighting possible.
HOLDING DEVICES (STANDS, MAGNETS, ETC.)
If the lamp is to be fastened with a holding device, ensure that the holding device is firmly/properly fastened in
place in order to avoid possible damage due to the lamp falling.
