BEFORE FIRST USE, WASH AND DRY THE PARTS WHICH WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH FOOD.
• Install the collector (A) and the filter (B) pushing it downwards (Fig 1). Check that the cutter is well
inserted in the feeding tube inside the cover and place the cover (C) (Fig 2) on the juice extractor.
Lock the closure clamps (E) and place the tank (D).
• Connect the appliance
• Cut the fruits into pieces and place a receptacle under the pouring spout to catch the juice.
• Select the speed turning the knob (G)
- For soft and juicy fruits and vegetables (such as melon, water-melon, tomatoes), use speed 1.
- For hard fruits and vegetables (apples, carrots...), use speed 2.
• Put the fruit and vegetable into the appliance by opening the cover and then pressing lightly the
push button (F), never with the fingers.
• Stop the appliance by turning the knob (G) to position "0".
• Wait for the filter to stop completely before dismantling the appliance.
• Peel thick-skinned fruit, remove cores (as orange, water melon, etc...) and take-out the central
part of pineapples.
• It is impossible to extract juice from some fruits and vegetables, such as bananas, avocado pears,
berries...
• To get better results with grapes, quinces or gooseberries, clean the filter every 300 gr.
• You can prepare the juice from different fruits and vegetables without cleaning the juice extractor
each time. The flavours will not mix.
• Use the juice immediately after it has been prepared or add some lemon juice if you wish to keep
it some hours.
