Fitting kit
- 4 BHc 5x15 screws
- 5 M5 nylock nuts
- 4 BHc 6x30 screws
- 4 Ø10 L : 10 mm plastic spacers
- 2 "silent block" with steal spacer
- 1 BHc 6x20 screw
- 1 medium part
Assembly
- Remove original radiator covers.
- Fit the fitting brackets as shown on the photos (left bracket is fitted with the CHc 5x50 screw and 1 M5
nylock nut).
- Remove the lower fitting screw of the head fairing (under the gas tank).
- Place the low fairings by sliding them under the head fairing.
- Fit the low fairings by inserting 1 plastic spacer and 1 rubber washer between the radiator and the
fairings (1 plastic washer and 1 rubber spacer by fitting point). Put the "silent block" and the spacers on
the low fitting holes.
- Assemble both low fairings with medium part thanks to the furnished Ø5 screws' kit (it takes place
within the fairings).
- Attach the sides on the fitting brackets using the BHc 6x20 screws for the left side and the BHc 5x20
screw for the right side.
- Aluminium railings are one option. They take place at the air intakes with stick for windshield
(polyurethane stick).
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Low fairing will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
