Fitting kit
- 2 fitting brackets
- 4 Ø5 plastic washers
- 4 M5 nylock nuts
- 2 "silent bloc" with spacers
- 2 aluminium nettings 10x25 cm
Assembly
- Remove the original radiator cover and keep the screws.
- Place fitting brackets on the motorbike as shown on photos (screws tightening to 24 N.m).
- Remove the low fitting screw of the head fairing (just under the gas tank).
- Place the low fairing by sliding under the head fairing.
- Fit the low fairing on the radiator. Place the "silent bloc" and the spacers on the low fitting holes.
- Assemble both low fairing with the central part by using the provided Ø5 screws (the central part is
placed inside the low fairing).
- Fit the low fairing on the fitting brackets thanks to the provided BHc 6x20 screws.
- Aluminium railings are one option. They take place at the air intakes with stick for windshield
(polyurethane stick).
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Low fairing will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
