PreFlight chec
Make sure the settings match your personal preferences and the leg straps
are closed and tight, chest strap closed , carabiners locked and speed
system travel unhindered. Check that the speed system does not turn around
the footrests and is well positioned. You can attach it to the Velcro for this
purpose under the leg straps of the harness. We recommend you put the
footrests between the legs , allowing to catch the footrest easily without
releasing brakes.
Take off
With the foot rest , it is not necessary to use hands to sit. Without foot rest,
depending on the morphology it may be necessary to use them. Take
distance from ground before releasing brakes. To take off by winch,
winchsystem must be attached directly to main carabiners.
Flight
Adjust the ventral strap according to recommendation of your wing flight
manual and depending on air conditions , the shoulder straps and legs can
be adjusted in flight by successive and moderate levels .
Landing
On approach, leave seated position to a standing position. Thanks to this
position, avoids sitting landings and possible injuries even with dorsal
protection.

We recommend control after accident.
Harness should be checked at regular intervals ( max.2ans ) in particular
abrasive wear and damage to different pieces, seams, halyards, straps and
connecting elements . Damaged parts must absolutely be repaired or
replaced by manufacturer.
Repairs should only be carried out by manufacturer or by authorized
workshop by the manufacturer and always with original spare part
(webbing, thread and buckles). Zippers can be occasionally lubricated with
silicone spray.
The harness can be cleaned with mild soap and a soft brush.
